TorCap Property is a unique Property Company located at the entrance to two well established and sought after estates in the area of Benalmadena.
One estate is called Urbanisation Torremar and the other one is called La Capellania, they are both very close to the beautiful beach of Playa Kalifato and picturesque white village of Benalmadena Pueblo.
There is a variety of properties within these areas, large luxurious villas, townhouses, bungalows, apartments and plots of land. The name of our Estate Agency is derived from Torremar – Tor / Capellania – Cap – Hence the name TorCap Property!
